Ate healthy today, started taking my vitamins again to help as well. I finally ate breakfast this morning :) And I was motivated enought to start working out on my Wii again so I am starting the Wii Active 30 day challenge over which always works me out hard and doesnt take much time. Plus the kids like to pretend to do it with me. Gonna do some housework, maybe jump on the trampoline later and hopefully a walk. Felling great right now and I can already see a difference in my face :)

I went to the commissary today and bought lots of fruits and veggies and healthy snacks for when I want to snack and still feel good. So celery and peanut butter, whole wheat crackers and light brei cheese, yogurt raisins for when I need something sweet. Wheat thins when I need something like chips. Overall I am feeling pretty happy about this change and dinner was great. Instead of eating a big meal I ate a few small things to try to round out my food groups. :) Hopefully I can continue this.

Well I am logging everything I eat. When I am paying attention to calories I noticed I am probably not eating enough. Yesterday was 933 calories I think. I was hungry at night, again so I decided since it was after 7 pm to just ignore it. To help fight my nightime cravings when I am watching tv I just let it record and go to bed, early for once. I was happy with my progress overall. No junk food. I had salads when the family got fast food. Today was kinda off. I am always busy with the kids in the mornings that I forget to eat until around noon. Gotta work on that.
