I exercised last night! But I don't feel like I have lost any more and it is kind of depressing. I don't think I should weigh myself more than once a week. What does everyone else think?

Had a total of 2 shakes and some raw veggies with some water today. Ate some yummy beef stew tonight, bout two cups. I Exercised on the treadmill for 20 minutes....
According to what the site says I am way under my calorie intake for the day,Not quite sure how to eat more without eating the wrong things?

1 Herbalife shake, 2 btls of water, and too much coffee! lol (breakfast)
decided to only weigh myself once a week.
going to try to get on treadmill tonight!
