1 Herbalife shake, 2 btls of water, and too much coffee! lol (breakfast) decided to only weigh myself once a week.

Have you tried the herbalife tea? I was a huge coffee drinker and found I really don't even want it anymore now that I drink the tea. Give it a try :)
