Had a total of 2 shakes and some raw veggies with some water today. Ate some yummy beef stew tonight, bout two cups. I Exercised on the treadmill for 20 minutes....

According to what the site says I am way under my calorie intake for the day,Not quite sure how to eat more without eating the wrong things?

I've found it's all about the protein. I have added the protein drink mix to my shakes and it helps a lot. Also, even snacking on turkey or chicken breast lunch meat helps alot. Packed with protein and very little fat & carbs.
