First, I have to achieve a BMI of less than 30.

I am vegan, and just counting calories. The effort I am making to lose weight is minimal compared to following a ketogenic diet, or intermittent fasting, or planned meals. But I think I must achieve a healthy weight by adopting a healthy life-style I can keep for the rest of my life.

I try to keep it simple and truth to science.
