My weight has always yo-yo'd between 153-198 my adult life. Being the mother of five kids and working two jobs leaves little time for self. Right now I am on the high end of my weight and it wasn't bothering me until recently my legs have started swelling (standing for hours not helping) and I figured when I was at a better weight I wasn't having the problem so I'm trying to get to a happy medium with mostly portion control because I LOVE food to see if that will help reduce my issues.
