I'm a 51 year old Real Estate Agent in South Jersey. I feel like I have been slowly gaining weight over the past 6 years and am now the heaviest I have ever been at 175 pounds. I need to stop the madness and gain control. I am a very outgoing person - but find myself in hiding as I don't like going out because I am not comfortable with how I look. (Very strange to finally be admitting this on here...but oh well.) I am looking to recreate myself again and be the best ME that I possibly can. NO MORE EXCUSES.
