I let things slide and gained the 30lbs back that I lost on Atkins 5 years ago, now I need to lose about 25lbs because I have booked my winter vacation! As you can see in the pic I am at the beach fully clothed, would be nice to lose that self conscience feeling.

I am working mother of 2 young adults. I belong to 2 different gyms, so really there's no excuse. I know what to do just need to do it! That pic is good, it's actually hiding a lot.

Would be nice to have some buddies on here too...add me :)

Shift Workers
I work 12 hours hifts too, and switch weekly ughh. I use myfitnesspal to count calories and it flips over to the next days calories at midnight. So basically if I am up over 24 hours naturally I am going to eat more BUT some of it will be counted as the next days.
As long as each 'day' I am not going over my goal calories I don't worry about it.

Sleep that's another story...after 33 years of shift work I am an alert sleep deprived zombie! I survive on about 5 hours average. lol

not sure
I find doing Atkins style easier. No calorie counting just load up on good quality lean meats and lots of veggies. No sugar , bread, pasta or rice etc.
