Too Few Calories
I agree that your body will tell you how many calories to eat. At the same time its good to use the chart as a guide. I know someone who eats to few of calories and she has stalled but the week she ate more food she lost a little. When you don't eat enough calories usually you aren't eating a well balanced meal.

Wii Fit and Wii active are both very good Wii games. My sister, mom,niece and i play them together. Which helps for the motivation, good luck to everyone.
