Needing Support
We have all back slid more than once,because any diet is hard to keep up--but the answer is persistence --you have already heard the best advice and I just want to support you and the others--keep a record of everything you consume,use the Fatsecret services to keep a running account daily--count calories,carbs,sugars,keep totals ,compare each day,one at a time,set your realistic goal for weight loss,for me ,it is 1 pound a week--it must be easy and pleasant or you will slip off the diet--and really,don't think diet--think of it as a minor adjustment to your daily living habits--oh,and one more thing:if you are not diabetic,this is the most important thing you can do to avoid diabetes--lose weight ,eat healthy,moderate exercise,such as walking ,yard work,house work,and even using stationary bike or treadmill--good luck,keep at it ,keep it simple--I have diabetes and my research has led me to this conclusion--you don't want it if you can avoid it-oh,don't weigh in daily--mistake--it can be very disheartning--weigh once a week or every 2 weeks-good luck
