I am working out daily three times at the gym and the other four times at home. I do stretches on T & Th and walk for 1 hour on Saturday and sunday. have increased my VEG and fruit intake and decreased my meat and fat intake will continue to work on this.

I am reading Dr. Fuhrman book the end of Diabetes, I hate giving myself shots, poking myself and taking medication and it's all becasue I am overweight I hope to be more successful in this endevor.
