So yeah I gained more weight since my last entry. I actually balooned back up to 161 (thanks to Vegas and a lot of being lazy and overeating in weeks to follow vacation)
I've been jogging/walking and counting calories on Lose It app. But I came back here because I remembered how it calculates full calories burned by sleeping, etc., and daily activities along with your calories in to creat your net. I remembered how helful knowing what your daily net deficit is and how it can truly track your weightloss
So hopefully after a week back here I will see the difference. I've been counting calores and excercising for weeks and the pounds are coming off way too slow.
The last time I weighed I was 157.5 so I made that my weight for the day. Next week when I weigh in I am hopeing and praying for a 2 pound loss. Come to me 155!!!!

This entry pretty much echoes the last one in Dec. I totally fell off and it seems like once I fell off I never really got back on. I would love to join J craig again but its so expensive and I don't want to be come depenendent on those boxed meals.
I still may do it I have to think about it. But starting today I'm just going to count my calories. I've gained a lot of weight back and it sucks BUT I know I can lose it so I'm not completely bummed.
Today is sunday so if i don't make it to the gym I am going to atleast wash my car and do some yardwork. I've even fallen on those minor acitvites that I incorporated last summer when I was losinfg weight. I can't remember the last time I washed my car....sad.
The scale says I am 154 today and that is so so diappointing although I knew I was gaining weight because I could feel it. Must get back to 145 atleast but 135 would be wonderful.
