So yeah I gained more weight since my last entry. I actually balooned back up to 161 (thanks to Vegas and a lot of being lazy and overeating in weeks to follow vacation)
I've been jogging/walking and counting calories on Lose It app. But I came back here because I remembered how it calculates full calories burned by sleeping, etc., and daily activities along with your calories in to creat your net. I remembered how helful knowing what your daily net deficit is and how it can truly track your weightloss
So hopefully after a week back here I will see the difference. I've been counting calores and excercising for weeks and the pounds are coming off way too slow.
The last time I weighed I was 157.5 so I made that my weight for the day. Next week when I weigh in I am hopeing and praying for a 2 pound loss. Come to me 155!!!!
