I've sent you a buddy request. I've registered a while ago but have only recently committed to a weight loss program. Like you, I need support and encouragement. I have to lose more than half my body weight and it is so daunting.All I can say is; don't give up.

Thank you all for the response. My hubby is willing to try new things which is amazing at his age. Setting up his profile and he is raring to go.

Dietary Changes - Vegetarian
My husband has been a vegetarian for the past 14 years. He has been battling to lose the weight in his tummy.
He is 79 years old - any suggestions on the type of exercise and diet which would aid weight loss? Currently, he eats quite a bit of pasta and I'm desperately trying to get him to lay off the diet soda.
