Need NO Calcium Breakfast ideas
Thank you all for replying.
To PaulaL I wasn't sure if I could have a little calcium in the morning. I love eggs, but I eat them sparingly because I am also lactose intolerant and acid reflux. Isn't dieting fun sometimes? LOL
And Sooki, butter has a lot of calcium but thank you. I never considered adding honey. I'm a not a big fan of it, maybe it's time for me to become one.
Shoelessbjs: I will try it. I don't sleep well either. My advise if you have trouble falling asleep, wear socks until you get dozy. It works. The warmer your feet are, the cozier you feel. But take them off before you go to bed or your feet will sweat! As for staying asleep, well my dreams keep me running around enough, so waking up in the middle of the night is pleasure.

Need NO Calcium Breakfast ideas
I take thyroid medication that doesn't allow me to:
Eat for the first hour of my day.
Eat anything containing calcium for the first FOUR hours of my day.
By the time I have figured out what I can eat (besides drinking soda and iced tea all morning) I am ready to pass out from hunger. Can anyone suggest a couple of breakfast meals that I can eat that has NO calcium in it? I have exhausted eating steak and beans for breakfast and would enjoy not eating salads every morning. Trust me, I've tried it and it gets boring after about a week.
HELP!!!!!!
