I'm a mother of 2 great kids. In 2011 I lost baggage that was holding me back in life and keeping me unhappy and eating. At 190 lbs with a new lease in life with my kids. I became active enjoying blading running, zumba. By spring 2012 I was down to 140 in 7 months. Know I have been at the same weight for over a year the last stretch. Its about being truly happy with you and loving yourself. Extra curves or not that's what I learn smaller I'm still the same person at heart.
