I'm a mother of 2 great kids. In 2011 I lost baggage that was holding me back in life and keeping me unhappy and eating. At 190 lbs with a new lease in life with my kids. I became active enjoying blading running, zumba. By spring 2012 I was down to 140 in 7 months. Know I have been at the same weight for over a year the last stretch. Its about being truly happy with you and loving yourself. Extra curves or not that's what I learn smaller I'm still the same person at heart.

Why can't I lose weight
You need to eat your min Cal for body function. If you don't you your body will lower you Cal need by slowing down your metabolism! Which will cause you to not lose wieght organs and muscle to not function properly. Which would lead to long term damage to organs and injury. Cant stress enough proper diet. If you doing the same thing at the gym everytime your not going to see the results you want. Spice it up with zumba, hot yoga or a heavy calisthenis ie mountain climbers traveling push ups. Your at the last 10 lbs you got to push hard I'm where you are that last bit is a pain but now its all about toning and shaping your muscle. By pushing yourself tell your out of breath and past. You'll get there.
