My weight has always been a big issue for me. I had several medical problems and two kids which didn't help in my weight loss. I did get down to a really great weight but didn't keep it off do to pregnancy and medical issues. I am tired of being fat and the fat on my body making weird sounds, I want to lose weight. I want to lose weight now and keep it off. I need help and I know I can't do it alone. I my goal is 125pounds. I want to get to my goal weight and maintain it. I am 25 and I have been a pretty big girl since birth, now I want to be in shape and fit.

That is so true, you have to watch the little things you eat because they do add up. Also from doing slim before for weight loss the first week are so you are getting use to it and new eating habits.

Doing slim-fast is great but you still have to watch how much calorie in-take you have and watch your snacking.
