I put myself back onto my diet a couple days ago. I have been sticking with it again FINALLYVery Happy So I have lost a few pounds and Im so excited about thatVery Happy So here soon hopefully I will weigh in.

Hi! Just started Slimfast about a week ago! I've been working out 30 min a day, drinking tons of water and still NO weight loss! This is frustrating!!! Any suggestions?

Hang in there all your hard work will pay off...I started 2 weeks ago and only began posting again here last Friday and up to that point I lost Nothing...yes very frustrating. The thing i've done over the last week is I wrote everthing down that I ate and found that the little nibbles and tastes were doing me in, amazing how they add up, so I stopped (weigh-in is tomorrow but I checked today and i'm down 6-lbs). Take it one day at a time and stay focused...good luck!

That is so true, you have to watch the little things you eat because they do add up. Also from doing slim before for weight loss the first week are so you are getting use to it and new eating habits.

Doing slim-fast is great but you still have to watch how much calorie in-take you have and watch your snacking.
