The thing i've done over the last week is I wrote everthing down that I ate and found that the little nibbles and tastes were doing me in, amazing how they add up, so I stopped (weigh-in is tomorrow but I checked today and i'm down 6-lbs). Take it one day at a time and stay focused...good luck!

That is so true, you have to watch the little things you eat because they do add up. Also from doing slim before for weight loss the first week are so you are getting use to it and new eating habits.

Doing slim-fast is great but you still have to watch how much calorie in-take you have and watch your snacking.
