what 2 do about night time snacking ITS SO HARD i can get motivated 2 do just about anything i try not 2 even buy junk but somehow it turns up gonna try and walk 2day at least 4 my challenge and INHALE been wanting 2 do it 4ever SUNDAY IS MY DAY im doing REALLY GOOD on the water thing tho so thats good i have 2 get more organized school everyday life but exercising and esting right r good things cant find my running shoes BUMMER still no excuse i accepted a friend request THANX I i need 1

still STRUGGLING with nightime eating issues but wed i did work out 4 half an hour and spent 4 hours walking around grocery shopping lol yea 4 and 2day (my day off) was up and at the y by ten AND i took the stairs the water issue is good im trying 4 half a gallon a day so far so good still havent done inhale sunday PROMISE

just came from the y with my buddha! i feel really good! legs r sore but i really do feel better....about everything AND MISS IVORY HAVE I BEEN DRINKING SOME WATER

crappy first two days just felt tired and wiped out BUT i made up 4 it 2day by walking around town 4 3 hours and i took stairs whenever i could workin on the water deal wish me luck

IN 2 HOURS MY FIRST CHALLENGE BEGINS. LITTLE EXCITED LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT STICKING WITH IT. GUESS I SHOULD JUST START FIRST. GRANDGIRLS ARE GREAT MOTIVATORS!!!!
