It may be a baby step but it's a step none the less. I walked home from the store around the corner instead of riding in the car. I feel proud, is that odd? I know it seems like a little thing, but instead of sitting on my but, I walked. I keep saying baby steps. Now to work on my eating habits. A small victory, but a victory. Yeah ME!!

Happy New Year's eve!! No more moping, it's time to start taking responsibility for my actions. I'm overweight, I know I, and I also know I need to exercise. My eating habits could stand a little, well a lot, improving. I really want this to be a good year for me. Mentally, emotionally, being healthier. I really think I can do it. Maybe in the process I can learn to love and accept myself again. Wish me luck.
