well i didn't snak but i haven't been eating properly either school is stressing me out so instead of eating i sleep i gotta do better i know depression is not good 4 the diet

well i missed the y but i have been walking my butt off! doin ok on the nightime snacking a little not so much goin 2 buy cukes 2 snak on really want 2 do inhale maybe wed with taylor have 2 do better mealwise i eat crap meals workin on a menu for the month breakfast is hard have 2 b at school at 8 (till 12) anyone have any quick breakfast ideas hope my buddies r doing better than i am not giving up I CAN DO THIS

okay this week i am DETERMINED not 2 lose my resolve started out april in a VERY GOOD way. no snacking so far only coffee and water 2 drink and i've walked 4 20 minutes already I CAN DO THIS

old habits die hard i guess did some nightime snacking well A LOT this is SOOOOOOOO hard! finding and keeping motivation isnt easy been walking a lot I DID LOSE 4 POUNDS next week is a new week im discouraged but not a quitter
