Hi..I'm a 40 year old female from Illinois whom has struggled with my weight all of my life. I tried the Atkins diet and it did not work for me, so now I am doing my own thing with counting calories. I hope this works because I plan on getting to my goal weight before Christmas. I hope I can do it as I LOVE to eat (all the wrong foods i might add)!
