My name is Tiffany. I am a wife, mom, and personal trainer. I have 2 kids that contributed to massive weight gain (50 with my 1st/70 with my 2nd). At my heaviest I was 200lbs and having a hard time losing the pregnancy weight. I started counting calories, keeping a food journal, and exercising daily and got down to 135 in 10 months. After losing all the weight I noticed that I have lost some restraint in eating healthy going back and forth in weight between 135 and 140lbs depending on how good or bad I eat. I tend to "fall off the horse" on the weekend only to get "back on the horse" during the weekdays. I have noticed my pants and shirts fitting me tighter and want to get out of the 130's so I will be farther from the 140's. I want to hover around 120-125lbs. Being in the 140's makes me nervous, like I can get big all over again. With so many people witnessing my transformation and telling me how inspirational I have been to them, I would hate to gain the weight back, even if its only a little. Another thing that motivates me to lose a little bit of weight is because people ask me all the time if I am pregnant, and that REALLY hurts my feelings and makes me self conscious since I already have to wear a girdle around my waist to keep my excess skin from spilling over. Now it's time for me to git r dun and meet my fitness goals and maybe I can toss that girdle!
UPDATE: I got pregnant again and gained 60 lbs. Now, since having my son, I'm back in weight loss mode to get back into all my pre-pregnancy clothes. I'm in most of them, but not all (my REALLY cute ones)! My son is 10 months old and I have 5 lbs to go to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, but I still have a lot more work to do to get back my pre-pregnancy body! I'm in my 30's now and my body is definitely different from when I had my last child at 27 years old.
