More exercise, more weight?
I don't get it. I have increased my exercise to 1 hour a week, but kept my eating habits about the same. The puzzling thing is that I am actually gaining weight now. Anyone have any thoughts? Perhaps I am gaining muscle, but at a rate of a pound per day?
