Struggling to keep weight off for more than 10 years. Recently realised that I am eating too few calories for the amount of exercise that I do. I was trying to keep by daily intake below 1000 calories and most weekdays, burning about 300 to 400 calories in the gym. I'm now trying to eat 2100 calories per day and keeping the exercise the same.
