Just want to put in my 2 cents. It looks like you have gotten some great advice. Watch the protein you take in. Try to get at least 64 g of protein every day, and drink the same in water - 64 oz. Try to stay away from bread, pasta, etc., sugar. This should help. My husband is bringing me a HUGE serving of ice cream every night, thinking he is being the good husband and bringing me a treat. He is really sabitoging my diet, not meaning to. I know if I can get off these ice cream treats and the sweet tea, I will be back to losing weight. Good Luck Darling. You can do it!!!!!
