Finally - I dropped 3.5 pounds when I weighed myself this morning. I was not concerned because I know that I was eating properly (not exceeding my points and I was exercising at least 30 minutes per day.

My weight has remained the same for 4 days. Today, I dropped 3.5 pounds. I will still weigh every day. As long as I know that I am following my plan, I will not worry about the scale. Eventually the weight will come off. Fat Secret allows me to see exactly what I am eating and where I can make minor adjustments to do better.
