Ugh - today it was 177 - how could that be? I didn't track very well last night at the reception but honestly it must be the lack of exercise. I'm just not doing it, part of it is lack of energy but that's a viscous cycle. Sigh. I have to keep keepin' on. More energy.

On March 12th I made a commitment to loose 20 pounds by September 12th - my 46th birthday.
How? Well, not really rocket science is it? I'm going to work on eating 300 calories at breakfast, 500 at lunch and 400 calories at dinner (sensible, healthy) and have two snacks of 125 each.
So far - it's up and down, generally I'm ok. I haven't been cooking much - Emma's vegetarianism sort of threw me off. I would love to eat more vegetarian but she doesn't like a lot of foods. I just need to put my mind to it.
Exercise is coming slowly. It's Spring so the weather is nice so I walk but I don't think it's enough, I just don't feel energized to exercise, something else to work on. Yoga is good, hard and something I'm doing once a week but should probably do every day. ANOTHER thing to work on...
So, the journey continues - 155 by September 12th.

Didn't have the courage to weigh myself this morning - I have a feeling I might not like the result! I'm hoping to do better today so that tomorrow's weigh in is a little less scary.

Second day - am happy to say that I worked out last night - 34 minutes on the treadmill despite having so many other things to do...
