I feel bloated and have done for at least 2days now. Like I am retaining something. I have gone over my carbs a few times and have had a vodka and half a small glass wine in the last couple of days but that can't be it can it?

I just have this gut feeling that I will have put on weight this week and its typical as I was hoping that if i lost a lb this week it will be a stone (14lbs) I have lost in a year, not much but still an achievement and 7lbs of those would have been down to the new WOE! I really hope not. I am still having lower GI problems and i think that could be a cause as well. Must have a look at the health food shop tomorrow after I take my daughter to preschool and see if they sell chia seeds and give them a whirl.

Penny has just dropped. Although I am not eating my usual 2 servings flaxseed bread and MIM everyday as I did to begin with, I did cut down to just a MIM. This last week I have been indulging in maple muffins and brownies so if I have gained its got to be down to that. God sake when i get the hand of something my brain gets complacent!!!!

I am so tired, but think the virus is on its way off. I still feel unwell, but hope i can start doing my workouts as well as the walks next week. I am going to limit the sf stuff a bit as I have noticed I am craving sweet foods, not that I would cave and cheat on anything that wasn't Atkins friendly as all the carb loaded foods i once loved actually smell horrible to me now. I am not having much in the way of SF stuff but don't want it to get out of control.

I am pleased that the scales are going down albeit it be slowly but this is quicker than i was losing on the WW the second time round. First time i did WW I lost 86.5lbs in 19months this time in 8months I lost 7lbs and have managed to lose 6lbs on this WOE in as many weeks. I love the WOE and the fact I am not so hungry anymore. The people I have met doing this are amazing and such a fantastic support. I am lucky to have them. My husband is embracing this WOE as well and he is looking good for it.

I have to keep an eye on my calories to keep to a 500cal deficit overall, but I am ok with that. It allows me to make good food choices. rather than eat a whole bag of pork rinds I am more than happy with a 1/2 a packet. Might have to watch my cheese intake as well. I am a massive cheese lover and have the potential to go overboard, even though it should be eaten in moderation.

I have noticed that my bum and thighs are getting very dimpled, I had it before but not as bad as it is now. Could it be the fat burning off my body? Or is it most likely to be the fact my thighs are shrinking a bit? I hope it goes...don't like the idea of dimply small legs!!!!
