Because of work its hard for me to drink water throuhout the day but I an going to work on that as of Monday. I weighed in 1 pound heavier but it's that time of the month and I'm retaining water. I need to stay away fron carbs!!!!!

I havent weighed my self in 3 days, i will weigh in, in the morning.
I got screwed on my tips today and that really pissed me off, but I walked for an hour after work and I feel better now. I will take Johnny's advice and I will thank God for what I have and pray for my co worker.

I'm 214! and that is after I drank my coffee! My Johnny is here and he was so tired that we didn't have the wonderful sex I thought we would, but he held me all night and that was just the same. I will work out today on the eliptical. We are going out to dinner for Tarances B-Day and Mom and Dad's anniversary. I will make sure I choose a good meal, I already have the menu on line. I belive that working has helped me to lose some pounds, I've been working hard and staying active but working just helps all the more. It has been so unseasonably cold that it's hard to get outside and walk or bike, but the weather is supposed to warm up in the week ahead. I am very proud of my self. I am also drinking less coffee since I started working I thank that helps too. I am constipated though, I haven't gone since Tuesday and it's because my water intake has decreased. I will do better in the days ahead.
