Not happy today. The scale said 217lbs. The only exercise I had was claning the beauty shop and I do feel good about that because it is 1 &1/2 hours of of continious exercise. I usually very tired when I get done but yesterday I wasn't. I felt good and had energy. I messed up in the drive tru at BK. I did dood for breakfast and ok for lunch, but dinner was a dieters nono. I told myself that I had been good all week and that was my excuse for eating fast food. No more excuses. I also did not drink enough water yesteray. I will today! I consumed 2600 calories yesterday, I can do better than that. I'm hoping because of all the walking that I've been doing that the one pound is muscle gain, but I know it is also BK gain. NO MORE FAST FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to be fat and unhealthy, I want to be comfortable and feel good about myself. I have beautiful clothes to wear this summer and I want to wear them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was a good day, I walked for 2 miles with my friend and son. I woke up late and did not eat until noon. My first meal of the day was a turkey burger with cheese and onions, and steamed broccoli and cauliflower with lemon pepper seasoning. My second meal was a salad with green leaf lettcue, romaine, yellow, red and orange peppers, onions, banana peppers and low calorie sweet vadalia onion vinergeratte, topped with grilled chicken and cheddar cheese.
I have not snacked today or eaten any thing with high calories or carbs. I am proud of my self today!
