Because of work its hard for me to drink water throuhout the day but I an going to work on that as of Monday. I weighed in 1 pound heavier but it's that time of the month and I'm retaining water. I need to stay away fron carbs!!!!!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
