I have been dieting since my mid teens and am ready to break the cycle. I now realize (although it took 11 years) that you have to make a change to a healthy lifesyle forever. Temporary changes have temporary results.
I am 29 years old, married, and have a son who is almost four and a daughter who is 2 months.
My highest weight was in college. I weighed 260 lbs. After many tries with different terrible trend diets I stuck to a low cal/ low fat diet and shed 100 lbs. I gained about half of that back while pregnant and am ready to finish my journey back to a healthy weight.
