I don't know if any of you have heard of this show on TLC called "I can make you thin" but I have to tell you that it works!!! Last Sunday he taught a tapping technique to help with emotional eating. It really works. I am really doing well with it. I recommend that you go to the website www.tlc.com/thin and you can see what to do. Let me know if you try it too and what you think. I am really excited about this. I am still doing weight watchers but this new technique as well.

another gain, it's not much but I am not losing and it's killing me not to eat the chocolate from my kids easter baskets. Very frustrating.

I watched a show on the Learning Channel last night. It was called "I can make you thin". The guy who ran the show is named Paul McKenna. If you want to check out what his show is like and the kinds of things that he says to do you can go to his website at www.tlc.com/thin. I think that I will give his method a try but at the same time follow Weight Watchers. It can't hurt to try. Let me know if anyone else watched this too and tell me what you think. Thanks

Starting this week I am trying something new that someone on here pointed out to me. I hope it works, we'll see what happens. I took my total weekly points and made it so that a few days a week I eat more points than other days but the whole total comes to my total weekly points. It's supposed to fool the body into giving up the fat. I hope it works cuz I'm tired of the roller coater ride. Wish me luck.
