Well, another day where I don't want to eat anything. I'm not complaining, I'm glad that I don't want to eat everything in sight but I am worried that I won't eat enough and end up gaining because of. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi everyone,
I'm doing great. The cravings for salty and sweet snacks have disappeared and my mind isn't always on food. This is all thanks to following Paul McKenna's plan. He is doing a weekly show on the learning channel called "I can make you thin". I am still following the points too but I don't think it's going to be necessary any more because of following the McKenna's plan. If any of you try his plan let me know how it works for you.
