Hello! I just turned 27 and decided I dont like what I see when I look in the mirror everyday. My suspicions of my weight increase were confirmed when I went to my doctor for my yearly check up. I had reached my top weight of 172! I'm 5'4 and my BMI was calculated at 29.5. I'm hoping I can do this. I have to remember that I can't eat like my 2 younger brothers who live with me. I've also taken up the challenge to run a 5K for a freinds birthday. So here it goes!
