I just watched this about a week ago and it helped me to stay focused and not give up on myself. So, I wanted to share it here with my FS buddies for anyone who feels like they may need a little pushing. I have my good days & my bad days, but I always try to outweigh the bad with the good. Keep pushing guys!

I've been pretty tired lately, but I've still been keeping up with my workouts. I had a nice hour long walk earlier this week. I feel like walking will help my legs slenderize more than doing HIIT workouts and squats. I've been taking pictures and seeing the results. Even though the scale may be lying, I can tell the pictures are not (no Photoshop here lol).
I hope to get more energized and active on here. You all have a wonderful week. Y'all really keep me motivated! =)

Boy I hope this scale is not lying to me. Either way this weight loss has been a journey. I can noticeably see a difference. I'm now more focused on toning and maintaining. I'd like to thank all of you guys for keeping me motivated. I've learned how to be "dedicated, determined and diligent", how to climb mountains, "success this time", how to throw away the rest of a Subway sandwich, oatmeal cookie ideas and to try and get out for a walk, that I'm not the only one trying to figure what my career will be, etc.
Let's keep motivating ourselves and pushing through the struggles and doubts!
