Stuck with only 10 pds to go.....
I know it sounds crazy, wanting to weigh less than 119, but i want to get ripped. I am 5 ft. I am trying to build serious muscle. I wanna look like one of the trainer ladies on the cover of the workout dvds. Like Jackie Warner or something.

Stuck with only 10 pds to go.....
Help...i lost 30 pds but i am stuck and i still need to loose 10 -15 to reach my goal. I do curcuit training everyday (burn about 300 cal)I eat as close to 1500 cals as possible. What am i doing wrong? I am trying to add more protein this wk (if i dont reach it w/ food i have a protein shake or two). Plus i am still nursing my baby so i cant do anything too drastic like fat burners. Need help!

exercise/ burning calories
I'm not very good at this part but you need to set your RDI. Calculate how many calories your body needs to function. Then you try to eat a few houndred calories less and get a few houndred calories worth of exercise.
