hehehehhehe thanku for the motivation , yea never ending exams and the periods w no exams im either too tired or preparing for the next one... anyway just 2 more yrs
i suppose ur rght afterall , i will try and let u knw hw it goes
btw anyideas abt firing up that metabolism

thank you guys
ik im not fat but i have fat i wanna lose , the problem is when i was in hghschool i use to be in the swiming team and i built alot of muscle esp quads and hamstrngs
but ever since i went to med school i dont have the time , and now all the muscle turned into fat makin my thighs look extra fat and wobbly ... im the type who gains muscle real quick like for eg last summer i went to zumba classes and with 10 days my thighs were tonnin up again, i stopped bc of exams and now it gets worse
that is why i was considering fat burner, cause it feels i hit a plateau not only w my weight but w my thigh measurements too
