I didn't do too well this past week or so...I've had a few too many "cheat days" and having been able to exercise the way I should.
I did good today though, although I still didn't make it to the gym or even go walking. Hopefully tomorrow I can get back on the right track!!

Well....no lbs lost, but boy did I lose inches!!!
I lost
3 inches
off of my
waist
2 inches
off of my
abdomen
2 inches
from
my hips
1/2"
from my
thighs
and
1 inch
from
each arm
....
I'm perfectly happy! And I'm not too concerned about the number on the scale cause if the inches keep coming off eventually the pounds will follow!!!

Well, I didn't really even count my points, just stopped drinking soda and limited my fast food to once per week, it wasn't that hard, but I wasn't really trying...
I think what did it mostly was I started going to Curves again.
I believe I will try much harder next week...one step at a time!
