Ok, so I started a new diet on the 14th of june and I've already lost 5 lbs!
It called "Weight loss by the Womens Group"
Its a diet that a doctor in my area cooked up.
First 3 days is a fast of only lean protein
10 servings a day
after the first three days you start adding in veggies etc...it's actually quite good!!!
It has a major emphasis on vitamins, etc. I think this really helps out quite a bit!
If anyone's interested in anything else just let me know!
