I'm about to be 46 years old and I've always battled my weight. I need to loose about 70 lbs. I recently joined Curves and I work out at least 3 times a week. I've been very committed to that...that's good! I'm interested in the Low GI diet because I tend to crave carbs so much. I need to feel "full".
