I have been following Atkins since 2011 and 82 lbs so far, and kept it off. I am a member of several Atkins online communities as I don't know anyone near me that follows Atkins, or is on ANY weight loss journey of their own. I have been doing this on my own, my family members do not eat low carb. It has been difficult, but I keep going.
