Forget RDI: Look at your exercise calendar instead
I love the app but I'm shocked by the results of the RDI calculator. It's skewed towards very high metabolisms, at least in my case. In the past I was using caloriecount.about.com, it has a very realistic calculator imo(the app is rubbish).
According to fatsecret (with a sedentary lifestyle) my maintenance RDI is 2900cal, when I know for sure it's more like 2200-2400cal! If I didn't know better this would be a recipe towards pigdom.Bad Grin

To lose weight it's saying I should aim for 2400cal, which would maintain my current weight at best.

I can't believe that nothing has been done to rectify this.
