I was watching a live chat from some keto vloggers on you tube and they discussed something that flumuxed me. They agreed that if you have a lot of weight to lose, you should eat half your weight in protein grams, max 20 grams carbs, but around 60 grams fat. If you have a lot of body fat, you want your body to use your own fat as fuel.
Has anyone read that? Does it work?

In 2000, when I had my first heart attack, I weighed 366 lb. Since then my health and weight have fluctuated. I have now officially lost one hundred lbs. since then.
I don't expect to lose weight quickly because I can't walk much or use my hands.

Food plan went well today. I have noticed that I don't get hungry between meals or at night. That is a blessing.
