I am a 47 yr old single mother of 2. I have not needed to actively lose weight since I was 16 years old. This week I got a wake up call when I discovered that I had gained 10 pounds without even noticing it. Friends had warned me about gaining weight around this age. I figured that I would just take it as it came, a pound or so, eat less and exercise more. You see, I have lived most of my life trying to keep weight on. I must make permanent adjustments now so this .does not sneak up on me again
