yesterday i felt hungry well before next meal. need to figure out foods that will curb hunger, sustain. no cramps in legs last night, kept pillow between feet/knees and took one of Ava's vitamins last night. there was a twinge in my foot that felt like it wanted to cramp but didn't. need to do better on water.

at it again. I am so tired of being fat. I do not have a good self image. i have a number of physical ailments that i can only believe are due to my weight. yesterday i stayed true and recorded everything i ate. there were a couple of times during the day that I was hungry but i kept drinking water and then made it through. while i envisioned getting up this morning and walking, i had a restless night sleeping (leg/shin/feet cramps) and almost slept through the alarm. I am going to try and walk today at lunch for 30 minutes.
