yesterday i felt hungry well before next meal. need to figure out foods that will curb hunger, sustain. no cramps in legs last night, kept pillow between feet/knees and took one of Ava's vitamins last night. there was a twinge in my foot that felt like it wanted to cramp but didn't. need to do better on water.
