I've started a photojournal of myself so I can watch the pounds come off. The plan is to make a stop motion movie out of them all after a year and watch my chins disappear.

Hm. When water is on my desk I drink it. Don't even notice it. I have to find a way to always have water around me and I can maintain this full feeling I have. Then I have to figure out how to train my bladder to not have to empty every 10 minutes. Tricky.
