Interesting notes on "The Wendie Plan" - alternate the amount of points you use each day so your body doesn't become "used" to the points and the amount of energy it takes to burn the calories. Mix things up. Confuse your body.

This is the eating version of the theories used in the exercise plan called "P90X" where you use the "muscle confusion" method of activity.

Had a vega protein shake with OJ strawberries and banana. Also a weight control oatmeal with skim milk. Good start to my day. This is just a reminder so I can add them to my calendar later when I have time.
